For those coming from the mainland, pick-up from your hotel’s lobby is at 7 a.m. in Playa del Carmen and 8 a.m. in Cancun. All our vehicles are comfortable, modern, and air-conditioned. The boat waits for you at Punta Sam (15 minutes from Cancun).
